1) Local Volunteers are meeting to work on the psychological counseling. A temperary personal bank-acct is opened for the cash transaction. Official fund acct will take time and may need the bless of Deyang Office for Foreign Affair.

2) We asked LiuLi ( Deyang Office for Foreign Affair ) to look into opening the official acct for us. The head of Office (德阳市外事侨务办公室杨主任) is informed of our relief effort and they praised the effort and would respect our guideline for the operation.

3) Students from the hard-hit areas in Deyang are concentrated to Deyang Foreign Language Instritute to start the classes and prepare for the coming National College Qualification Exam. That makes our effort much easier.
